CONNECTING FAMILIES TO ESSENTIAL PUBLIC BENEFITS
This state-funded collaboration between The Hispanic Center and Michigan DHHS provides access to programs such as Medicaid, Medicare, food assistance through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP); Women, Infants & Children (WIC) program; the Child Development & Care (CDC) program; the State Emergency Relief (SER) program; and cash assistance. These services are designed to support children, seniors, and families during times of financial hardship or transition. By bringing these resources directly into our community, we help remove barriers and ensure families receive the support they need to remain healthy, stable, and supported.
