CONNECTING COMMUNITY MEMBERS WITH THE RESOURCES THEY NEED

Our family support services team provides bilingual support to help individuals and families navigate basic needs, legal processes, and community resources. Programs promote stability and self-sufficiency while supporting seniors, refugees, expecting mothers, and young children. The Center also advances health and wellness through food distribution programs, mental health services, tobacco cessation support, dementia research participation, and a Mobile Mammography Clinic—programs that reduce barriers and improve access to care in the Latino community.
